FarmForYou is an online marketplace operated by The Myers Group LLC connecting buyers with independent local farmers, ranches, farmers markets, and farm producers. By using FarmForYou you agree to these Terms of Service.
FarmForYou is a marketplace platform. We connect buyers with independent vendors. FarmForYou is not the seller of any products. Each vendor is an independent business responsible for their own products, pricing, fulfillment, and customer policies.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FarmForYou. Users under 18 require parental permission. By using FarmForYou you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and keeping your information accurate. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
Orders are fulfilled directly by independent vendors. Multi-vendor orders may have separate fulfillment timelines. Items may become unavailable after ordering. Perishable goods have specific timing requirements.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize FarmForYou to charge your payment method. Prices may be estimated and finalized at fulfillment. You are responsible for vendor prices, applicable taxes, delivery fees, and any platform fees.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on vendor policy, product type, and fulfillment status. Perishable goods may have limited refund eligibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FarmForYou a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content to operate the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
You may not harass or threaten other users, manipulate reviews, move transactions off-platform, abuse promotions, or violate any applicable law while using FarmForYou.
FarmForYou is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. FarmForYou does not produce, manufacture, inspect, or guarantee any vendor products.
FarmForYou is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. FarmForYou is not liable for vendor products or conduct, food safety, fulfillment failures, or third-party service failures.
These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Denver County, Colorado on an individual basis. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of FarmForYou after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
