Marketplace Structure

FarmForYou is an online marketplace. Products are sold by independent farmers, ranches, and farm producers. Each vendor is an independent business that sets their own refund, return, and cancellation policies. FarmForYou does not produce, store, or ship products directly.

Each vendor on FarmForYou sets their own refund and return policies. Policies vary by vendor, product type, and market. Review the vendor's policy on their market page before placing an order.

Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility depends on the vendor's policy and the fulfillment status of your order. Orders may not be cancellable after preparation, shipment, or when the order is ready for pickup.

Order Issues

If you experience a problem with your order — such as missing items, incorrect items, or quality issues — contact the vendor directly through FarmForYou's in-app messaging. Vendors are responsible for resolving order issues, including providing refunds, replacements, or adjustments where appropriate.

Platform Support

FarmForYou may help facilitate communication or review disputes between buyers and vendors. FarmForYou does not independently issue refunds except where required by applicable law.

Payment Disputes

If a vendor is unable to resolve your issue, you may initiate a dispute with your payment provider. Excessive disputes may result in account restrictions.

Delayed Charges & Adjustments

Payments may be authorized at checkout and captured after fulfillment. Final charges may reflect substitutions, product availability changes, or fulfillment conditions.
